For the Queen's anniversary, The Official Instagram account of The Royal Family shared three new portraits with her heirs: Their Royal Highnesses The Crown Prince (51 years) and Prince Christian (14 years)🥳❤

1. In the first picture the Queen in seen in her study at Frendesborg Castle. The room, which was also a study for Queen Ingrid, was originally in white and gold, but in 1999 the Queen had the living room repainted according to the original red colors.

2. On the second picture, the Queen is sitting in the Haveshall at Fredensborg Castle, which, through the 300-year history of the castle, has created a series of portraits of the Royal Family.
